This week is Mental Health Week for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
This year’s theme is “get loud about what mental health really is”.
Sechelt Library Program & Outreach Coordinator Sherryl Latimer says both the libraries in Sechelt and Gibsons will have events happening throughout the week to bring awareness and support to locals who are impacted by mental illnesses.
A variety of events, listed on the Library’s website, run through to Saturday.
