The Supreme Court of B.C. has ruled in favour of the Town of Gibsons in a legal action brought forward by the Gibsons Alliance of Business and Community Society.
Gibsons Acting Mayor Silas White says it means the George project has the green light to proceed…..
White says the judgement speaks for itself.
He says most most importantly to our community, it confirms that the developer is working cooperatively towards remediation of the site in compliance with provincial environmental standards.
