Greyhound gets the green light

The Passenger Transportation Board has made a decision with regards to some Greyhound Canada routes.

The company wants to reduce and eliminate long-haul bus service on some routes in B.C.

The plan is to eliminate 9 routes across B.C. including the one between Nanaimo and Victoria at the end of May.

In allowing for the cuts, the Board said it can’t force a private company to suffer significant financial losses indefinitely.
