Sunshine Coast Community Services Society is getting applauded for the work they do in the community.
They’re the biggest non-profit organization on the coast and they’ve been awarded a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Executive Director of the society Catherine Leach explains how the process works.
Leach says they’re the first connection for the most vulnerable in our community and they take pride in knowing that an outside body is recognizing them for the work they do.
