The opening date for a temporary shelter in Gibsons has been pushed back to Monday.
Craig Crawford with BC Housing says the community response has been positive and they look forward to having a partnership with Raincity to operate the shelter.
Crawford says the plan right now is to have the shelter open until the end of March.
