The Acting information and privacy commissioner says an audit of WorkSafe BC’s management of access and privacy requests has found the organization is nearly 100 per cent compliant.
Drew McArthur says other public organizations could learn from WorkSafe BC…..
McArthur made just four recommendations for improvement.
They included better documentation of requests for records and of fee payment dates and the implementation of an electronic case-management system.
