The demand for housing continues to rise on the Sunshine Coast.
As a result, detached homes, townhomes and condos prices continue to rise.
Russ Qureshi, Team Leader of Coast Lifestyle network with Royal Lepage Sussex says the inventory levels have been so low and within the last year the average home on the coast has increased by 30 per cent.
Qureshi says even with the increases, the Sunshine Coast is still one of the least expensive communities to live in that is this close to Vancouver.
