Nanaimo RCMP say thieves will break your car window or punch out door locks for something as small as a loonie.
Constable Gary O’Brien says the incidents of thefts from vehicles has doubled from August through to November when compared to last year and the easiest target is unlocked vehicles…..
Police say don’t leave anything in plain sight in your vehicle, lock the doors, park where there’s lots of foot traffic, and if you see anything suspicious report it to police.
