The mounties are asking for the public’s help in an old, cold case.
Police say on July of 2010, a fisherman hooked a t-shirt with human rib bone inside while fishing near Gospel Rock in Gibsons.
Constable Karen Whitby says DNA analysis has shown that the rib belonged to a man but they haven’t been able to identify him.
Anyone with information about this is encouraged to contact the RCMP.
