Community meetings for the province’s Poverty Reduction Strategy will kick off in Victoria this Monday (Nov 27).
Anyone interested is invited to come and talk about how poverty can be reduced in the province and the ideas people have will be considered while the the strategy is determined.
Community meetings will run from the end of November to the end of March.
There’s only one in our listening area and it’s in Nanaimo on Monday, January 22nd.
