The Sunshine Coast Regional District is facing some delays at the Gibsons Aquatic Centre.
Ian Hall, General Manager of Planning and Community Development says they should know by the end of this week when the main pool will reopen.
Hall says as soon as they can get a health inspection from Vancouver Coastal Health, then they’ll know a timeline.
He says that the construction of the hot tub replacement project is going well and they expect to have that open by January.
