We are off the hook for BC Hydro rate increases until, at least, April of 2019.
The province has frozen the rates.
There was supposed to be a three per cent hike next spring.
Energy Minister Michelle Mungall says the province will launch a review of BC Hydro right after a decision is made on whether or not to proceed with the Site C project.
That decision is expected next month.
The review will aim to find cost savings and keep rates low.
