A 15 year old boy has been arrested for posting online threats directed towards the Cedar Secondary School in Nanaimo.
Nanaimo RCMP say they were called to the school Friday to investigate the incident.
Investigators say they are satisfied the single student is responsible for the threat and there is no risk to the school, staff or students.
The boy’s release conditions restrict him from attending any school within School District 68.
He will be back in court in January.
