The District of Sechelt is looking to collect some cash from Nanaimo’s chief financial officer.
The Municipality has filed a notice of claim against Victor Mema over unapproved personal expenses and is looking to collect nearly $10,000 in small claims court.
Mema was the chief financial officer at Sechelt until he resigned in 2015 and took a job with the City of Nanaimo.
