Good news for the Sunshine Coast.
After consulting with the population there, BC Ferries has announced revised schedules for the Langdale to Horseshoe Bay route, the Bowen Island to Horseshoe Bay route and the Earls Cove, Saltery Bay run.
Mark Collins, BC Ferries’ President and CEO says they are trying to provide the communities with schedules that match the key times they want to travel, provide on-time departures, increased capacity, transit connections and later sailings out of Horseshoe Bay.
He says the company has found a way to make a 5:30 sailing from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale a reality…..
There will also be a 6:20 am sailing year round from Langdale.
The new schedules will go into effect January 2nd.
