The B.C. Utilities Commission will hold about a dozen community input sessions across the province following a preliminary report on the Site C dam.
The meetings are to gather feedback on the report which is expected to be released September 20th.
The commission will be in Nanaimo on October 10th and Victoria on the 11th.
The commission has been asked to look at the economic viability of continuing construction on the 8 point 8 billion dollar project.
B.C. Hydro says just about 2 billion dollars has been spent on the dam so far and to figures terminating the work and remediating the site would cost about a billion dollars.
