In the meantime, a ticket has been issued after a group of firefighters from the B.C. Wildfire Service were photographed having a campfire despite a province-wide fire ban.

Kevin Skrepnek says as a result of pictures posted on social media, that show a group of five people dressed in the red and black uniforms of the B.C. Wildfire Service standing around a campfire, two investigations were launched and one has resulted in a fine…..

ICBC has received 124 insurance claims related to the wildfires so far.
