The fire, at the Nanoose Community Centre, is considered suspicious, but the actual cause has not yet been determined.

Lantzville Fire Crews battled the blaze for most of the day.
RCMP say the fire destroyed the unoccupied building and one vehicle parked adjacent to it.
No injuries were reported and fire crews managed to contain the blaze so there was no other damage to nearby homes.
Mounties say, in addition to forensic evidence gathered at the scene, investigators are following up on information that a number of young people were seen in the area prior to the fire starting.
