BC Transit is set to unveil six new buses for the Sunshine Coast by the end of summer.
Each one costs more than $300 thousand but they’re considered more environmentally friendly than the previous buses.
Jonathon Dyck, Communications Manager with BC transit says some of the buses will be in service as early as this week and some will arrive later.
Dyck believes the 30-foot medium duty buses will help better meet the transit needs of the Sunshine Coast.
