Psychopathic murderer can apply for full release

The Parole Board of Canada has scheduled a full parole review for Ryan Scott Brady.
Brady, who has changed his name from Darren Kelly, raped and murdered three year old Genoa Jean May, after he kidnapped her from a hotel room in Sechelt in December of 1985.
The full parole review won’t take place until October of 2021 but he could make an application for a conditional release anytime over the next four years.
During testimony of Brady’s guilty plea to first degree murder more than 3 decades ago, a psychologist testified that Kelly was one of the most dangerous psychopaths he had ever encountered.
Kelly waived his last review for full parole in 2010.
