Nanaimo RCMP need help identifying a man who flashed a woman who was walking her dog. It happened Thursday, Dec 12, just before 6:00pm near Caledonia Ave and Rosehill St. A male pulled down his pants and exposed himself. The woman screamed and the suspect crossed the street and walked away.
He’s described as white and in his 40s with black scraggly hair. He was wearing black Carhart work pants, a burgundy long sleeve waffle shirt and black baseball cap.
