The town is looking to borrow money to repave Seacott Way and Mountainview with asphalt after those roads were repaved with chip seal and experience several issues.
Residents from the surrounding area who will be left with chip sealed roads are wondering why the town won’t fix their roads.
Mayor Wayne Rowe says the Town is apologetic of what happened but the reality is there’s not have enough money to fix all of the roads.

Rowe says it is unlikely that council will try the chip seal repaving program again.
