Vancouver Coastal Health is undertaking a review of CT Scans, X-Rays, mammograms and ultrasounds.
They were done by a radiologist who worked as a locum at Powell River General Hospital between October 7th to the 31st of 2013.
VCH says its a precautionary step and until records are reviewed, it will not be known if there is cause for concern for any individual patient.
A similar review is being done for some patients of Island Health.
It’s not known whether or not the same radiologist is involved.
