RTC Properties will have to work with Sechelt staff on their application again if they want to see their multifamily development move forward on the Sechelt Waterfront.
The Developers say they are willing to reduce the total number of units and cut down two storeys from their six storey apartment proposal.
Councillor Alice Lutes believes a more detailed report is needed….
