Oceanside RCMP are looking for information about a theft from a carport in the 300 block Stanford Avenue in Parksville. Cpl. Jesse Foreman says the theft happened early in the morning on Thursday, March 13th.
A Bostitch nail gun valued at about $300 was taken from the back of a truck. Two Scotty brand electric downriggers worth about $1200 were also stolen from a boat. Foreman says it’s important to lock up all valuables and be vigilant in reporting suspicious activity in your neighbourhood.
