There is a growing body of literature on the topic of refugees.
A new English course has been developed by Dr. Katharina Rout, a VIU English professor who hopes the course will create a better understanding of refugees.
The course, that takes place Friday mornings throughout this fall, is open to, not only students, but members of the community who are interested in the topic or want to learn more.
