Sechelt Sustainable Community Properties is hosting an open house.
Todd Mcgowan, SSC Education Development Director says they have some proposals for the 420-acre land on Sechelt Inlet……
The 420-acre property is currently zoned for an 18-hole golf course, 1600 residential units and approximately 32,000 square feet of commercial space for a seaside village zone and a convenience commercial zone is approved.
The open house goes Saturday at noon at 6583 Sechlet Inlet Road.
