A 59 year old woman has turned herself in to police following a hit-and-run in Nanaimo.
The incident, Monday on Bowen Road left a 54-year-old man in critical condition.
The woman has given a statement to police and is not currently in custody.
There’s no word whether or not charges will be laid.
According to reports, the victim has two broken legs, collapsed lungs and a fractured spine and neck.
