Uncertainty over the future of rail within the City of Nanaimo has resulted in council voting to defer improvements to a dangerous intersection.
Councillor Wendy Pratt argued the intersection at Northfield Road, Boundary Avenue and Highway 19A is very dangerous to all the users…..
The project has been delayed twice already and this time the work was out to tender.
Despite the arguments council is supporting delaying the project for up to another year
