Kim Darwin says there’s a crisis on the Sunshine Coast right now.
Darwin, President of the District of Sechelt Chamber of Commerce says the real estate situation is concerning. She says people can’t afford to buy houses and can’t find a place to rent.
She had some suggestions on what rules home sellers should follow.
She says since people aren’t doing their homework and due diligence , she expects to see quite a few lawsuits later on.
