Andre Isakov will be joining the District of Sechelt as Director of Planning and Development later this month.
Isakov has a Master’s Degree in Urban Studies from Simon Fraser University.
Since 2013, he has held the position of Parks Planning and Design Manager with the City of Coquitlam.
Sechelt’s current Interim Director of Planning and Development, Mike Vance, will continue to contract with the District to complete a number of projects.
