Recently, a public hearing was held to get feedback on the Rockwood Ocean Stories project.
Most people seem to approve of the project, but some changes were also recommended.
Councilor Noel Muller says some issues were brought up more than once.
Muller says, based on the issues he raised, his staff will look over it and have another negotiation with the developers. And if there’s significant changes to the development plans, another public hearing would be held before it goes to final approval.
