French immersion students from the soon to close Davis Road Elementary will be able to get a bus to their new school
The Nanaimo Ladysmith School Board has approved a plan to bus the K to 7 students to North Oyster, but only until 2021.
It’s a decision that has Save Cedar Schools, the group trying to stop some of the school closures in the District’s 10 Year Facilities Plan, a bit angry and baffled. It comes just a couple of weeks after the Board turned down buses for Cedar Secondary students who want to got to Ladysmith Secondary when their school closes.
