The District of Sechelt has filled two vacant management positions.
Nikii Hoglund will be Sechelt’s new Director of Engineering and Operations Services.
Hoglund, who holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and Professional Purchaser Certification will be responsible for the management of the services provided by the District’s Engineering, Public Works, and Parks departments.
Douglas Stewart will also be joining Sechelt as Director of Financial Services in late April, 2016. Steward, who has spent 27 years working in local government finance positions in BC is a Certified Public and Certified General Account.
Sechelt is also currently in the recruitment process for a Director of Planning and Development Services and expects to have the position filled later this year.
