The identity of the woman who died after she was struck by a truck in Nanaimo Tuesday has been released.
She is 55 year old Wanda Ann Gasper.
Gasper was crossing Bruce Avenue near Albion Street in Nanaimo
about 6:30 in the morning when she was struck by a truck.
She died before reaching hospital.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate.
