It’s back to the drawing board for the Vancouver Island University Students’ Union.
Students attended the Board of Governors meeting in Parksville yesterday (Thurs) to try to convince them to reject a proposal to hike student fees by 6 and a half per cent.
Students’ Union spokesperson Patrick Barbosa was part of the student contingent at the Board meeting…..
In the end, the Board of Governors voted to approve the increase in student fees.
