A final report on the business of the Vancouver Island Conference Centre and a future hotel is expected to land on the desk of Nanaimo City councilors in April.
The City of Nanaimo has awarded a contract to a firm who will perform a market analysis of the Centre and future hotel.
Bill Corsan, manager of real estate says the value of the contract is 60 thousand dollars……
The study will also provide council with information it can use when making decisions regarding the conference centre.
