B-C Ferries is prepping to see more passengers this weekend.
Spokesperson Darin Guenette says extra sailings have been added between Horseshoe Bay and Departure Bay and Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen..
Guenette notes that Family Day is a quieter long weekend, but Ferries is still expecting extra traffic because of the holiday.
Today, the Comox to PowellRiver Vessel has canceled sailings due to severe weather.
