Nanaimo RCMP say they’ll recommend to the courts that a 49 year man arrested a second time for stealing poppy donation boxes be held in custody.
The man is already facing charges for two donation box thefts on November 1st.
Now, RCMP say within 24 hours of being released he allegedly stole donation boxes from Home Hardware in the Brooks Landing Mall and Patties Party Palace on Rutherford Rd.
The man turned himself in to Nanaimo RCMP on Tuesday.
