Nanaimo RCMP say they’veĀ arrested 31 year old Timothy Robert Mooney for allegedly breaching the conditions of his bail by accessing a computer.
Police searched Mooney’s house on Monday and seized several electronic devices. He was charged in an indecent exposure incident at Woodgrove Mall in September.
He pleaded not guilty and a trial date is still being set. In the meantime, he has been remanded into custody until April 28th.
