A 26 year old Sechelt man is facing charges in Newfoundland, after being arrested in a joint RCMP – Royal Newfoundland Constabulary investigation earlier this week.
Police allege Matthew Lloyd Hubbard was carrying more than 10 kilograms of marijuana in vacuum-sealed bags when they arrested him Monday afternoon.
He’s being held in custody on charges of trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
