Lantzville Council is going ahead with a plan to bring in a consultant to try to get to the bottom of tensions between Council and senior staff at the District
They made the decision at a special meeting last night, sparked by memos outlining concerns about behavior at meetings and possible bullying and harassment as well as the recent resignation of the Chief Administrative Officer.
The consultant will look into the concerns and draft a code of conduct for councillors, district officers, employees – including CUPE members – and volunteers.
