West Vancouver Sunshine Coast MP John Weston says he wants to see a public hearing, or something similar, on the Woodfibre LNG project held on the Sunshine Coast.
All the public sessions tied to the project, and the natural gas pipeline expansion that will serve it, have been on Lower Mainland side of Howe Sound.
Weston says he’s hoping the process will be “science-based and objective”
A public comment period is due to end March 9th, although the group My Sea to Sky is asking for an extension.
