Clemens announced today that he’s retiring in June after 15 years at the head of the Finance Department and nearly 3 decades with the city.
Mayor Bill McKay says “Mr. Clemens has provided the City with sound financial management and advice to Council and staff. He should be proud that he is leaving the City in a strong financial position. We wish him all the best.”
