A man has been arrested after he was caught trying to break into a coin operated laundry machine in Nanaimo.
Nanaimo RCMP Sergeant Sheryl Armstrong says they got a call about the incident from the manager of an apartment building on Departure Bay Rd at 1:46pm
Armstrong says RCMP are recommending charges of possession of instruments for breaking into coin-operated devices.
The 29-year-old suspect appeared in court and has been released with conditions.
