The Nanaimo and District Hospital Foundation has launched the 2015 Lotto for Life.
It’s BC’s longest running hospital lottery. President Maeve O’Byrne says it’s their 22nd year running the fundraiser.
O’Byrne says this year’s lottery is raising money to buy equipment for two new operating rooms at NRGH.
There are 5000 tickets on sale for $100 each. The top prizes include a $100,000 grand prize, Buick Encore SUV, $10,000 cash prize, a vacation for two to Maui, and a $5000 prize. Tickets are on sale until March 5 at midnight at NRGH at the draw will happen on March 20 at Country Club Centre.
You can buy tickets at NRGH, Chocolate Bernard Callebaut Cococo in Country Club Centre, Woodgrove Centre, Nanaimo North Town Centre, RBC branches from Ladysmith to Qualicum, Coast Community Credit Union branches from Chemainus to Qualicum and at the Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Store in Northridge Village.
