A couple of development proposals are moving through the system at the District of Sechelt.
Big Maple mobile home park near Wilson Creek is hoping to expand adding 28 additional trailer homes and a parcel of land to the park.
Sechelt’s Development Planner Aaron Thompson says there are some pros and cons to the proposal..
The other proposal is by C.C.U.E Construction to build a 20 lot single family subdivision near Sandpiper Road and North Gale Avenue.
The District will schedule a public hearing for both proposals with the C.C.U.E’s public hearing set for March 8th.
