Gibsons council is not supporting Calvary Baptist Church’s idea to create a senior’s housing project on Venture Way.
Councillor Silas White believes the community needs to preserve industrial land and giving this project the thumbs up wouldn’t help with that…
The original idea was to build 60-100 seniors housing units which would have been available for lease and rental.
