The Pender Harbour Advisory Council is hosting their own trash bash this weekend.
Steve Luchkow says some people think it’s okay to take their trash to the forest so they want to bring awareness to this issue and also help clean up.
Luchkov says some most people don’t know these illegal dumpings are happening and by volunteering, it brings the issue to light for them.
