The CAO with the City of Nanaimo says staff will hear their voices in the Core Review when they read it.
Tracy Samra says the City will take its time digesting the Core Review and the details within it before moving forward….
The 245 page Core Services Review Report, which can be accessed on-line, was released to the public Friday.
It contains a number of recommendations and the authors of it, Western Management Consultants, say it shows the city needs to make the transition to a large corporate entity.
Council is set to officially receive the report tonight (Mon).
